PUBLISHER RETAINER AGREEMENT: For New Authors desiring to be published by Divine House Books or URBANWORLD PRESS, there will be an initial deposit of $100 (total cost is $250.00 for coaching services, consultations, coaching, and additional technical assistance, and Publishing Branding. Balance to be paid in addition to book set-up fee, printing, etc. This Deposit establishes DIVINE HOUSE BOOKS/URBANWORLD PRESS as your publisher of choice, as well as grants DHB/UWP the permission to launch your work into the marketplace. Copy of Agreement will be emailed, or snail mailed to you upon agreement.
